Integration Engineer

The Integration Engineer is responsible for solving complex challenges related to interactive experiences that span disciple. The Integration Engineer must have a better than generalist knowledge of a wide range of disciplines including electrical, mechanical, and software engineering. The Integration Engineer should have an advanced degree in one or more related disciplines with a portfolio of robotic or electro-mechanical projects.

The Integration Engineer is held accountable to the responsibilities listed below:

  • Integration Design and Engineering - Designing and engineering mechanical, electrical and software systems for integrated projects. Leveraging other design and engineering speciality resources to create the best possible systems.
  • System Design and Delivery - System level design and engineering of projects. Being aware of  component integration,  selecting communication platforms, and identifying system level risks. Delivering functional, reliable systems.
  • Testing and QA - Implementing robust testing for systems. Overseeing testing and QA practices.
  • System Debugging - Debugging electromechanical and software systems.
  • Fabrication and Assembly - Fabricating parts to the appropriate tolerances and finishes when necessary. Accurately assembling and directing the assembly of electromechanical systems.
  • Installation Support and Commissioning - Supporting and commissioning projects onsite. Performing on the ground debugging and technical problem solving. Traveling when necessary (less than 20%).
